On September 30, PowerwayGroup formally accepted 100 stock of Berkenhoff that was originally controlled by German Nexpert and Kpex. Since then, the German enterprise that enjoys high reputation in European EDM industry has formally joined in PowerwayGroup.
It is reported that based on the high popularity and client’s recognition of Berkenhoff and its brand “BEDRA” in Europe, Matlay affiliated to PowerwayGroup would cooperate with Berkenhoff to develop towards the international first-class EDM enterprise throughout the share of technique, brand and management experience.
