On July 20,Powermetal Industrial company organized a "Achieve the future" Book-giving ceremony, during the ceremony, the company give all managers books as a present, in order to encourage all employees to read, to create a "full learning" good atmosphere in all company.
At the ceremony, company General Manager Ma Zhengfei give the books which he selected choicely to every managers hands, and told them to read more learn more and think more, whether in work, or life, we can use the knowledge in our book to guide the direction of life. The general manager also made a concluding statement after the ceremony: At present, all the books are selected according to the duties of the managers. After reading the books, I hope that you can borrow each other’s book. Because understanding the position of other departments may be able to help us work better.
Powermetal company has been attached great importance to enterprise cultural construction. This time the company use giving books to the management as the carrier, to strengthen the cultural education of middle-level management, understand the needs of employees reading ,and to meet the wishes of them.
