The company organized a visual inspection competition on June 18th for the purpose of improving the technical and operation skills of inspection staffs and intensifying quality awareness of them.
The skill level of each competitor was fully and really reflected through this competition. Staffs also found their deficiencies in this competition, which in turn provided basis for future promotion during work.
