Production Equipment

The Company has more than 200 sets of production equipments of various types, among of which, more than 160 sets are CNC computer high precision lathes and machining centers imported from Japan and United States, 65 sets are cam and instrumentation lathes, 12 sets are forging stamping equipments and one set of fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning line. The diameters of the processed parts are from 3 mm to 52 mm, and the processing of a single part is up to 600 mm. these equipments can process copper, aluminum, stainless steel, ductile iron and other materials. The Company can also provide various services such as production and processing, forging, casting, polishing, anodizing and electroplating etc on various types of hardware components.
