In order to timely know the faculty status of existing technicians, the company organized the technician rank appraisal in August,2011.
The appraisal lasted about 45 days, vast number of human and material resources had been put into this activity. Thus it served as a huge challenge as well as test for staffs involved in. It was fortunate that this activities went on quite smoothly, thus providing valuable experience for latter appraisal work.
