So as to satisfy manufacturing workers’ demands on professional skills training, improve the understanding as well as cognition of NC equipment application, strengthen NC practical operation capability and improve the comprehensive NC skill level of staffs, the company organized the NC Vocational Skills Training Class for all manufacturing workers in November,2012.
Not only did staffs learn some professional technical knowledge, daily work efficiency and quality were also improved through this training, at the same time, our horizon was also broadened. We learned how to bear ourselves when we satisfied self-demand of staffs.
