In order to improve skills of staffs and broaden their vocational development channels, the company successfully held the fifth technician selection in June, which faced all front-line production staffs. Totally 34 staffs had voluntarily taken part in this selection. At last, there were totally 14 CNC technicians and 2 measuring truck technicians who passed this selection, and they were successfully promoted as technologists.
