In order to fully exert the comprehensive skills of front-line staffs, improve their working techniques and intensify the core competition, the company organized the regular tool-changing rank appraisal of CNC front-line staffs in April.
CNC front-line staffs in the workshop thus possessed more comprehensive understandings towards tool-changing of regular operation types through this appraisal. In addition, this activity also expanded the scope of knowledge of staffs, enhanced their practical operation capabilities and supplied a better platform to continuous vocational development.
