The engineer skills matrix evaluation has been conducted in May 2016, through the evaluation, the company is aim to enhance engineer post comprehensive skill level, and improve their work efficiency and job performance.
This evaluation has three links, include theory test, scene reply and daily practice, the main employees who join this evaluation are process engineers and QA engineers, judges’ panel consists of senior Leader, Engineering Director, Engineering Manager, Quality Assurance Dept., Senior System Engineer.
On the afternoon of May 18, the administrative department organized the engineers' theoretical test evaluation, the engineers need to complete the theoretical questions within the specified time. In the one hand, the theory test inspection the engineers' Understanding of Basic Expertise, in the other hand inspection their expressive ability and imagination ability to the written professional terms. In the examination process, everyone is very serious to complete the answer sheet.
The senior reply was conducted in May 23, the engineers accept professional questions from the judges on-site, and answer the questions combined with their daily practical work, evaluation methods and thinking patterns, on-site interpretation of the case to understand the assessment. This link comprehensive display their temporary coping ability, thinking ability, analysis and solving ability and communication ability. After the reply, each of the judges presented their professional opinions and guidance to the engineers to help them improve their work in the future.
The process of assessment follows the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, through the evaluation, Engineers are fully aware of their comprehensive skills base, but also has a new understanding of the lack of professional knowledge, and also prompted them continue to study harder in the future work.
