Activity report of warehouse staff rating assessment in June 2016

    To improve the company's warehouse management level, and to establish an excellent benchmark in the warehouse, expand the warehouse staff career development space, drive warehouse staff's work enthusiasm, the company conducted a warehouse staff rating assessment in June 2016.

    The staffs who join this assessment are all regular employees, and from different warehouse. We have 13 staffs join this assessment, and the assessment according to four parts: daily work performance, performance appraisal, skills matrix scores, administrative rewards and punishments. And the warehouse staff rating assessment set four levels, among them, level 4 warehouse controller 1, accounting for 7.69%, level 3 warehouse controller 2, accounting for 15.38%, level 2 warehouse controller 3, accounting for 23.08%, level 1 warehouse controller 3, accounting for 23.08%, no level 3, accounting for 30.77%.

    Through this assessment, showed the warehouse staffs’ advantages and disadvantages, promote the warehouse staffs to enhance their professional skills and continuous learning and growing, so that their level of knowledge and work ability may be able improve to a new level.
