    In order to enhance the employees’ job skills and comprehensive ability, our company organized about 30 on-the-job trainings in July, there are 10 projects are external training projects, and others are internal organization training projects. And the internal training include 5 company training, 15 department training, and the training plan achievement rate is 100%.In July, the total number of trainees was 384, the total training time was 908 hours, and the rate was 98.71%.

    The main internal training in July is the company level training, for example, the seven methods of quality control, quality control, zero defect / PPM training, five tools APQP, thread gauge use, projector use and operation. Enhance the quality awareness of the front-line workers, at the same time enhance their professional knowledge.
